Io solitamente lo cucino mettendo un petto di pollo intero in un sacchetto sottovuoto, poi lo cuocio con il roner a 65\u00b0 per 4 ore. Ottengo cos\u00ec\u00a0 una carne tenerissima dal gusto neutro, poi basta\u00a0 sbizzarrire la fantasia\u00a0 e si possono ottenere mille ricette diverse. Terminata la cottura estrarre il sacchetto, raffreddare in acqua fredda, poi togliere la carne dal sacchetto e tagliare a cubetti regolari. In una padella far scaldare leggermente lo yogurt greco, il curry ed il sale, aggiungere i tocchetti di pollo ed amalgamare uniformemente. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-justify\">Nel frattempo far cuocere il riso basmati in abbondante acqua salata, aggiungere un cucchiaio di olio, un cucchiaio di aceto bianco e uno di zucchero. Comporre il piatto riempiendolo\u00a0 met\u00e0\u00a0 con il riso e\u00a0 met\u00e0\u00a0 con il pollo al curry, decorare con basilico tagliato finemente.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:10px\"
