PASTA CON CREMA DI VERZA, PEPERONE CRUSCO E SALAME STROLGHINO MINOZZI<\/a>

Dovete sapere che mio zio da quando \u00e8 in pensione si \u00e8 dedicato all’hobby dell’orto, cosi sono spesso fornita di verdura di stagione in quantit\u00e0 praticamente industriale!
Con uno dei suoi splendidi cavoli verza ho prepatato questa pasta golosa in cui il sapore dolce e aspro della verza unito al croccate aromatico del pomodoro crusco viene completato dalla nota sapida dei cubetti di salame strolghino.
La riuscita di questo piatto ancora una volta \u00e8 legata alla scelta delle materie prime: le verdure home made, la pasta di qualit\u00e0 e per finire il salame strolghino dell’azienda dei miei amici della SALUMI MINOZZI<\/a>.

INGREDIENTI:
Cavolo verza
250 gr di Pasta di semola di grano duro
1 spicchio d’aglio
Peperone crusco
Salame strolghino MINOZZI<\/a>
Olio
Sale e pepe q.b.

PROCEDIMENTO:
Tagliare a listarelle il cavolo cappuccio e cucinarlo in un tegame capiente con l’olio, lo spicchio di aglio, il vino e l’aceto.
A cottura ultimata frullare grossolanamente unendo in filo di olio a crudo.
Cuocere la pasta e mantecare con la crema di verza ed il parmigiano grattugiato. .
Guarnire con pomodoro crusco ( precedentemente tagliato e fatto soffriggere 1minuto in olio bollente) ed il salame tagliato a cubetti.
