CUPOLA DI CACHI AL CIOCCOLATO.

Da quando ho scoperto la bont\u00e0  di questo dolce lo preparo in mille versioni diverse.
.

Quella che vi propongo oggi \u00e8  ideale per una colazione ” coccolosa” o come dessert a fine pasto.
.
Il budino \u00e8  gluten free, senza zucchero, uova e latte e per andare incontro ad ogni  esigenza si pu\u00f2  utilizzare  al posto delle digestive un biscotto glutenfree ed al posto della panna della panna vegetale.

INGREDIENTI
.
100 gr di polpa di Cachi maturo
10 gr di Cacao amaro in polvere
100 gr di Biscotti Digestive ( oppure un biscotto gluten free)
Per decorare :
Panna ( oppure di panna vegetale)
.
PROCEDIMENTO :
.
Prendere i cachi, lavarli sotto l\u2019acqua e spellarlo dalla buccia esterna.
Inseritelo in un mixer e unire il cacao.
Frullare il tutto per 1-2 minuti, fino ad ottenere un composto omogeneo.
Dividere il composto in formine monodose e riporre  in frigorifero per  minimo 1 ora o  per tutta  la notte.
Mettere sul fondo di un piattino un biscotto digestive adagiare la cupola  poi ed infine decorare con un ciuffo di panna montata e una spruzzata  di cioccolato in polvere.
