( in alternativa si pu\u00f2 usare la pasta bris\u00e8 gi\u00e0\npronta)<br>\n300 g farina 00<br>\n150 g burro freddo<br>\n90 ml di acqua fredda<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1 cucchiaio di zucchero<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La scorza di mezzo limone grattugiata<br>\nPer il ripieno:<br>\n2 limoni<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>100 gr zucchero<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>250gr di mascarpone<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp;Per decorare:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>marschmellows<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>* tortiera <a href=\"https:\/\/www.contital.com\/it\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Contital_<\/a><br> <br> <\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure una terrina &nbsp;la farina, il burro fatto a pezzetti (ancora freddo) e il sale e lo zucchero.<br> Una volta finito, disporre il composto farinoso ottenuto a fontana, e far assorbire circa 70 ml di acqua fredda.<br> Quando l\u2019impasto \u00e8 sodo ed elastico, avvolgerlo nella pellicola e farlo riposare in frigorifero per circa mezz\u2019ora.<br> Trascorso questo tempo, toglierlo dal frigo e stenderlo in forma tonda e disporlo su una teglia.<br> &nbsp;Stendere la pasta bris\u00e9 dentro la tortiera <a href=\"https:\/\/www.contital.com\/it\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Contital ,<\/a> bucherellare il fondo con una forchetta.<br> Infornare in forno preriscaldato a 180\u00b0 per 30\/35 minuti.<br> Nel frattempo preparare il ripieno: preparare uno sciroppo con lo zucchero e il succo dei due limoni, lasciar raffreddare e poi unire al mascarpone.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Riempire la torta con la crema di mascarpone al limone; per la decorazione distribuire i marschmallows e caramellarli leggermente con un cannello, o sotto il grill per 5 min, completare con fettine di limone ( io ho usato limone disidratato).<br> <br>
