TORTA MAGICA PANDISTELLE – SOLO 3 INGREDIENTI

Ho visto questa torta magica nel profilo di Tracy @tracy_maninpasta<\/a> e mi sono innamorata!
Ma come si fa a non adorare una torta cos\u00ec semplice, facile e veloce da preparare????
La trovo un impasto ideale per una colazione veloce, una merenda improvvisa oppure come base per un dessert per una cena, aggiungendo solo un po’ di gelato, o di panna montata e della frutta fresca.

INGREDIENTI:

500 gr di biscotti al cioccolato
500 ml di latte
1 bustina di lievito per dolci (16gr)
.
Sbriciolare il biscotti ed il lievito con un mixer.
Aggingere il latte e continuate a frullare fino ad ottenere un composto liscio ed omogeneo.
Cuocere in forno preriscaldato a 180\u00b0 per 25 minuti.
