Cuocere i filetti di merluzzo in una padella antiaderente con un goccio di olio evo. Riempire i tacos con i dei pezzetti di merluzzo, aggiungere fiocchi di burrata, la\u00a0 crema di\u00a0 cardi e la bottarga di muggine tagliata a dadini.
