{"id":2121,"date":"2021-01-28T13:59:00","date_gmt":"2021-01-28T12:59:00","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/pensiericroccanti.it\/?p=2121"},"modified":"2022-03-11T16:29:52","modified_gmt":"2022-03-11T15:29:52","slug":"bonet-dolce-tipico-del-piemonte-2","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.pensiericroccanti.it\/index.php\/2021\/01\/28\/bonet-dolce-tipico-del-piemonte-2\/","title":{"rendered":"BONET &#8211; DOLCE TIPICO DEL PIEMONTE"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>BONET &#8211; DOLCE TIPICO DEL PIEMONTE<br><br>L\u2019origine del bon\u00e8t piemontese risale all&#8217;epoca medioevale, infatti\u00a0 pare che l\u2019antenato di questo dolce al cucchiaio sia nato\u00a0intorno al XIII secolo, come conclusione dei banchetti pi\u00f9 sontuosi.<br>Questo dolce per\u00f2\u00a0 inizialmente\u00a0 non conteneva il cacao ( sconosciuto all&#8217;epoca) ed era\u00a0 preparato solo\u00a0 con latte, uova, amaretti e zucchero.<br>Successivamente, grazie all\u2019evolversi dei gusti e all\u2019arrivo di nuovi prodotti da oltreoceano, intorno al XVIII secolo il bon\u00e8t si \u00e8 evoluto diventando \u201ccioccolatoso\u201d, nella versione che oggi conosciamo.<br>.<br>Con questo piatto partecipo, come ogni settimama, al viaggio culinario attraverso l&#8217;Italia\u00a0 con i miei amici di <a href=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/explore\/tags\/cucinalaregione\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">#cucinalaregione<\/a>:<br>la meta oggi \u00e8 il Piemonte, rappresentato\u00a0 dalla bravissima ambasciatrice <a href=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/ziadrinfoodandcuisine\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">@ziadrinfoodandcuisine<\/a><br>.<br>INGREDIENTI:<br>.<br>500 gr di latte<br>150 gr di zucchero<br>100 gr di\u00a0 amaretti<br>70 gr di cacao amaro<br>50 ml di Rum<br>4 uova<br>Per il caramello<br>80 gr di zucchero<br>Acqua q.b<br>.<br>PROCEDIMENTO:<br>.<br>Scaldare lo zucchero con un goccio di acqua in un pentolino, finch\u00e9 non inizia a caramellarsi. Versare il caramello sul fondo di uno stampo da budino, oppure in\u00a0 stampini monodose.<br>In una terrina, mescolare\u00a0 la le uova\u00a0 lo zucchero,\u00a0 gli amaretti\u00a0 precedentemente sbriciolati e il cacao setacciato. Amalgamare\u00a0 facendo attenzione a non incorporare troppa aria, in modo da ottenere\u00a0un budino liscio e omogeneo, senza bolle. Aggiungete infine il latte ed il rum, sempre mescolando.<br>Versate il composto nello stampo scelto e cuocere i forno\u00a0 a bagnomaria a 170 \u00b0C per\u00a0 1 ora circa.<br>Sfornare e far raffreddare\u00a0per almeno 2 ore. Capovolgere il dolce su un piatto di portata e guarnire\u00a0con amaretti.<br>.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>BONET &#8211; DOLCE TIPICO DEL
