cipolla<br> 3\/4 pomodori secchi<br> 1 cucchiaio di <a href=\"https:\/\/www.oliovaldinoto.com\/olio\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">olio extravergine d&#8217;oliva Val di Noto<\/a><br> Rosmarino q.b.<br> Sale e pepe q.b.<br> PROCEDIMENTO:<br> Sminuzzare le verdure e cuocerle a vapore poi frullarle con il minipiner aggiungendo un cucchiaio di olio ed aggiustando di sale e pepe.<br> Mettere la vellutata in un piatto e guarnire con i pomodorini secchi tagliati a dadini ed il rosmarino sminuzzato.<br> Terminare il piatto con un filo d&#8217;olio extravergine d&#8217;oliva.<br>
