INGREDIENTI:
300 gr di fegatini di pollo
1\/2 carota
1 costa du sedano
1\/2 cipolla
5 filetti di acciuga sott’olio
30 gr di capperi
1\/2 bicchiere di Vino rosso

PROCEDIMENTO:
Tagliare il sedano carota e cipolla a dadini e soffriggere in olio evo.
Nel frattempo pulire i fegatini avendo cura di eliminare le parti bianche, poi frullarli\u00a0 con\u00a0 con un mixer ad immersione.
Frullare il soffritto cotto precedentemente ed aggiungere i fegatini, sfumare con il vino rosso.
Aggiungere i capperi\u00a0 e le acciughe (precedentemente frullati) e continuare a cuocere per pochi minuti.
