Il cavolo viola, con i suoi vortici colorati, che mi ricorda un quadro astrattista, potrebbe essere stato dipinto da di Paul Klee invece che creato da Madre Natura…\u00e8 talmente affascinante che \u00e8\u00a0 un peccato mangiarlo…beh\u00a0 no…\u00e8\u00a0 cos\u00ec buono che lo divoro…!!!!

INGREDIENTI:

1\u00a0Cavolo cappuccio viola
2 arance
Basilico fresco
olio extravergine di oliva q.b.
Sale e pepe\u00a0 q.b

PROCEDIMENTO:
.
Affettare il cavolo viola a fette spesse, 1 o 1,5 cm,\u00a0 disporle su una placca da forno foderata da carta e unta con olio di oliva.
Spremere un’arancia, in una ciotolina mescolare il succo d’arancia l’olio l’olio, il sale ed il pepe.
Spennellare le fette di cappuccio con il composto, ed aggiungere gli spicchi d’arancia ed il basilico.
