Questa sicuramente non \u00e8 la ricetta originale dei burritos, per\u00f2 mio figlio ne va matto e continuo a prepararli cos\u00ec perch\u00e9 \u00e8 semplicissima e veloce da cucinare e soprattutto \u00e8 la svolta delle serate in cui devo sfamare orde di adolescenti affamati amici di Leo … che \u00e8 pi\u00f9 di un anno che non scorrazzano per casa…e non vedo l’ora di poter cucinare di nuovo anche per loro ! \ud83d\ude0d

INGREDIENTI:

500 gr di carne macinata
1 cipolla
1 carota
1 costa di sedano
350 gr fagioli rossi
350 ml di passata di pomodoro
Spezie miste messicame q.b.
Olio evo q.b.
Vino bianco q.b.
Piadine q.b.
.
PROCEDIMENTO:
.
Far soffriggere leggermente il sedano, la carota e la cipolla tagliate finemente, aggiungere la carne macinata, le spezie poi sfumare con vino bianco.
Quando il vino sar\u00e0 evaporato aggiungere la passata di pomodoro ed i fagioli.
Aggiustare di sale ed e eventualmente aggiungere anche un pizzico di spezie; lasciar cuocere a fuoco lento per 1 ora circa.
Riempire le piadine con la carne e servire ben calde.
