LEGGERISSIME CON AVOCADO AL CACIO E PEPE"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>CHIPS LEGGERISSIME CON AVOCADO CACIO E PEPE.<br>.<br>INGREDIENTI:<br>.<br>200 gr di avocado<br>50 gr di pecorino grattuggiato<br>50 gr di parmigiano reggiano grattugiato<br>Pepe q.b.<br>.<br>PROCEDIMENTO:<br>.<br>Sbucciare l&#8217;avocado, metterlo in una terrina e schiacciarlo con una forchetta, aggiungere il pecorino, il parmigiano, il pepe ed amalgamare uniformemente.<br>Mettere il composto su una placca rivestita di carta forno formando dei mucchietti e poi schiacciarli con l&#8217;aiuto di un cucchiaio.<br>Cuocere in forno ventilato preriscaldato a 180\u00b0 per 10 \/15 minuti e comunque fino a quando le chips non risulteranno dorate e croccanti.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure
