GELATO ALLA CANNELLA E CASTAGNE PRIMA COLTA<\/a> SUPER EASY

Da quando ho provato a fare il gelato con il latte condensato senza gelatiera sto dando sfogo a tutta la mia fantasia.
Il risultato \u00e8 un gelato super cremoso e super goloso.
Il procedimento \u00e8 semplicissimo: basta montare la panna fresca ed aggiungere il latte condensato per ottenere un meraviglioso gelato fiordilatte, a questo punto scatta la creativit\u00e0, perch\u00e9 aggiungendo al latte condensato l’ingrediente scelto, si otterr\u00e0 un gusto diverso: cioccolato oppure vaniglia, caff\u00e8, menta, cocco…le possibilit\u00e0 sono infinite!
Oggi io ho scelto di fare una versione mantecata, ho aromatizzato la base al fiordilatte con la cannella e poi ho aggiunto la crema di marroni e cannella di PRIMA COLTA <\/a> per un un’effetto “marmorizzato” e poi ho terminato con una pioggia di castagne cotte al naturale sempre di PRIMA COLTA<\/a>.

INGREDIENTI:
250 ml di panna
150 ml latte condensato
1 cucchiaino di cannella in polvere
Crema di castagne e cannella (io PRIMA COLTA<\/a> )
Castagne cotte ( io PRIMA COLTA<\/a> )

PROCEDIMENTO:
In una ciotola unire il latte condensato con la cannella e amalgamare uniformemente.
Unire delicatamente al composto la panna precedentemente montata a neve ben ferma.
Mettere in composto in un contenitore adatto per il freezer, mettere la crema di castagne a cucchiaiate grossolane e amalgamare gentilmente formando dei piccoli vortici.
Far riposare il gelato in freezer per almeno 3 ore.
Prima di consumare il gelato farlo riposare 5 minuti a temperatura ambiente.
Decorare con castagne sbriciolate e crema di castagne e cannella.
