target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">ITALPEPE<\/a><br>.<br>Ma che ha detto che i biscotti devono essere solo dolci?<br>Sono buonissimi anche salati&#8230;io di solito li preparo al parmigiano ma ho deciso di sperimentare dei gusti diversi.<br>Oggi di propongo queste stelline al burro e salvia: si sciolgono in bocca e l&#8217;aroma fresco e aromatico della salvia regala un retrogusto avvolgente che fa venire la voglia di mangiarne subito un altro!<br>Per la realizzazione di questi biscottini ho utilizzato la salvia della <a href=\"https:\/\/italpepe.com\/\" data-type=\"URL\" data-id=\"https:\/\/italpepe.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">ITALPEPE<\/a> con sfumatura sensoriale aromatica, che crea il giusto equilibrio di gusto.<br>.<br>INGREDIENTI:<br>.<br>300 g farina 00<br>150 g burro freddo<br>100 ml di acqua fredda<br>Salvia (io <a href=\"https:\/\/italpepe.com\/\" data-type=\"URL\" data-id=\"https:\/\/italpepe.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">ITALPEPE<\/a>) q.b.<br>Sale q.b.<br>.<br>PROCEDIMENTO:<br>Mischiare in una terrina la farina, il burro fatto a pezzetti (ancora freddo) e il sale.<br>Una volta finito, disporre il composto farinoso ottenuto a fontana, e far assorbire l&#8217;acqua fredda.<br>Quando l\u2019impasto \u00e8 sodo ed elastico, avvolgerlo nella pellicola e farlo riposare in frigorifero per circa mezz\u2019ora.<br>Trascorso questo tempo, toglierlo dal frigo e stenderlo con il mattarello dello spessore di circa 1\/2 cm.<br>Con l&#8217;aiuto di uno stampino ritagliare i biscottini e metterli su una placca da forno fidertadi carta forno.<br>Cospargere i biscottini di salvia e poi cuocere in forno preriscaldato a 180\u00b0 per 15\/20
